Incorporating all the features of the Registered level, the Authorised IT Service Provider level includes additional tools to further increase your support capabilities.
A selection criteria, which includes customer service and technical competencies, must be met to successfully enter this program level. The Authorised IT Service Provider band ensures that MedicalDirector recommend only quality assured and experienced IT Service Providers to existing and prospective MedicalDirector customers. Actively servicing 8 MedicalDirector software customers, using the same product for more than 12 months.
Provide two written customer testimonials.
Provide two verbal customer contacts.
Complete the MedicalDirector technical training and meet the critera for the number of required certified support technicians.
