Adding a Single Patient Record

1.      Either:

o      Select Patient > Add > New from the Clinical main screen, or type Ctrl+F2.

o      Select Patient > Open from the Clinical main screen or press F2 to open the Select Patient from List window. Then click Add

o      Select Patient > List from the Clinical main screen or press F10 to open the Patient Database. Then click New

 

2.      The Patient Details window appears.

 

3.      Enter the patient's details into the fields provided.

o      Ensure you specify the patient's name, address, and date of birth, as this is required information.

o      It is recommended that enter all other information relevant to the patient.

 

4.      Click Save to confirm the creating of a new patient record.
