History Options

The History tab of Clinical Options allows you to select which pages are displayed in the History section of Progress Notes. Access to Options is provided via user permissions.

Display these tabs

Select the items to be available when recording History details in the Progress Notes.

Open on

Access the drop-down menu to select which page is displayed by default in the Progress Notes History window when first opened.

Auto-capitalise names

Allows you to setup Clinical to automatically capitalise names entered on this form.
