To search for previous Prescriptions by patient name:

1.      From the Clinical Front Screen, select Search > Prescription > By Patient. The Select Patient from List window appears.

2.      Search for the specific patient whose script history you wish to view. The Previous Prescriptions window appears.


Double-click an item in the list or highlight the item and click View to display individual prescription details. Details include the prescribing practitioner, patient name and address, and the quantity and number of repeats for all drugs that appeared on the script bearing that number.

For Authority prescriptions, the indication for Authority, the Authority and Approval numbers are also displayed.
