Recalculate All Future Descriptions: Replaces the description and added notes for all future linked patient appointments in the entire Pracsoft database. This may take some time, depending on the size of the database.

Recalculate X Days Descriptions: Replaces the current description and added notes for all linked patient appointments for a specified number of days from the selected date. After selecting this option you will be prompted to indicate how many days from the current day you wish to allow for.
