Pracsoft maintains a list of merged patient records for future reference.

To view the list of merged patients, select Patient > List of Merge Patients. The Merged Patients window appears.

This window indicates the date and time the merge took place, the patient records that were merged and the user who was logged in at the time the merge took place.
