Appointment Groups

An Appointment Group is a pre-defined group of practitioners that you can select from when in the Appointment Book. A Practice might choose to create a number of Appointment Groups in order to quickly and easily differentiate between types of specialists, for example.

o      To delete an Appointment Group, select the Appointment Group from the list at the left-hand side of the window, and then click  Note that you will not be prompted to confirm this action.

o      To edit an Appointment Group, select the Appointment Group from the list at the left-hand side of the window. Make changes as necessary. You can change the name of the Group, and add/remove Group Members. Click to confirm your changes and close the Appointment Group Setup window

o      To add a new Appointment Group, continue now to Step 2.

2.      Click  The New Appointment Group window appears.
