The Month Close-Off window allows users to 'lock down' a previous month after it has been 'finalised', for the purpose of financial management and tax reporting; you cannot backdate transactions into previous months once one has been 'closed-off', ensuring that the integrity of financial management and tax reporting of previous months is not compromised or violated.

To access the Month Close-Off window, you must be a user with an appropriate security level (e.g. Practice Manager level access).
