Correspondence refers to the sum of all documents, letters, and images, whether created in Clinical, imported or scanned into Clinical, or received via communications services such as email and MDExchange. It also includes any pathology, cytology or imaging results delivered by third-party laboratory software. The information contained in this chapter refers specifically to the former group.
