To Record a Patient's Past Pregnancy:

1.      Select the Obstetric tab in the patient's Clinical Window.

2.      Click to record a patient's past pregnancy. The Past Obstetric History window appears.

3.      Enter data for your records, as required.

4.      When you have finished recording data about this pregnancy, click Save to confirm.
