The Pneumococcal Disease 'At Risk' Vaccination prompt is displayed for patients who meet the criteria saved in the Pneumococcal Disease 'At Risk' Search window. A prompt will not appear for any patient flagged as excluded (see Pneumococcal Disease 'At Risk' Search Criteria for exclusions).

o      Click to close the Pneumococcal Disease Vaccination window and open the 'standard' Vaccination window, where you can add the vaccination record. You might take this action if the patient was vaccinated elsewhere i.e. whilst you do not want to prescribe the vaccination, you still want to make a record of the vaccination having taken place.

o      Click to prescribe the Pneumovax 23 vaccine.

o      Tick the Exclude patient... check box to disable this prompt for this patient. This prompt can be re-enabled for this patient, via Clinical > Disabled Patient Prompts.
