1.      Select Assessment > Physical Activity or click on the toolbar.

2.      Click Prescribe. The Physical Activity (Contraindications) window is displayed.

 

3.      Enter any contraindications for the patient before prescribing a physical activity. Click Next when you are ready to continue.

4.      The Physical Activity Prescription window is displayed.

5.      Compose the patient's physical prescription. Click Next when you are ready to continue.

6.      The Physical Activity Prescription (Print Script) window is displayed.

7.      Set the date for review, and enter any relevant comments. You can also create a Recall notification and print a Physical Activity Patient Education leaflet.

8.      Click Finish to complete your assessment and exit the module.
