Audit

The Audit Log allows you to check on any changes made to a patient’s record.

1.      Locate and click Users at the lower-left.

2.      Select the Settings option.

The Settings window appears.

 

3.      Within the Centre section, click    The Audit Log  window appears.

 

4.      Apply one or more of the following filters:

o      Activity

o      Centre

o      User

o      Patient

o      Start Date and Time

o      End Date and Time

 

 

5.      Click to perform the search. A list of audit logs is displayed in the Results section.

o      To view the details of one of the log entries, simply select it. The changes are visible in the Changes section.

       Buttons for toggling between the original data and the change(s) made are provided.

       The default view displays the change(s)
