A full history of patient claims sent to Medicare Australia is available. Claims can be selected based on the servicing provider, within a date range and for individual patients. Results can be printed. Reprinting of individual claim forms, either Lodgement Advice or Statement of Claim and Benefit Payment, is also available.

Select Processing > Online Patient Claiming > Patient Claims History to display all patient claims.

o      The list of claims can be filtered using the selection criteria at the top of this window.

o      Select Print to print out all claims displayed on the window.

o      Select to reprint the Lodgement Advice or Statement of claim and Benefit form for that claim.
