Details window appears whenever you import
or scan new documentation into MedicalDirector
Scans/Imports are performed through either;
o A patient's record via any of the Correspondence, Results, Documents or Letters tabs, or
o The Holding File, or
o The Scan/Import Correspondence window.
You can always call the Document Details window to modify the details of a selected document, either clicking on the underlying window, or right-clicking the document and selecting Edit Document Details from the menu that appears.
The Subject and Document Type is required information on this window.
