To search for previous prescriptions by script number:

1.      From the Clinical Front Screen, select Search > Prescription > By Number. The Previous Prescription window appears.

2.      Enter the script number you wish to search for and press   The Previous Prescription window appears, showing details of the specified script.



A summary of the script is shown, including the prescribing practitioner, patient name and address, quantity and number of repeats for all drugs that appeared on the script bearing that number. For Authority prescriptions, the indication for Authority, the Authority, and Approval numbers are also displayed.
