Selecting Text

One of the easiest ways to select text within the Letter Writer is to use the mouse. This is done by clicking or dragging the mouse over the text to be selected.

o      To select a word using the mouse, double-click the word.

o      To select a line of text, triple-click a word on the line.

o      To cancel a selection using the mouse, click anywhere on the area outside the selected text.

o      To cancel a selection using the keyboard, press any arrow key.

Text can also be selected using the keyboard. The following table lists the keys that can be used to select text.
