1.      Click to select the Patient panel.

2.      Search for a patient by either;

o      Swiping their Medicare card.

o      Entering their surname, given name, date of birth, or patient ID. If searching by date of birth, you must enter the full date of birth e.g. 12/10/1969

A list of matching patients is displayed.

3.      From here you can;

o      Record a consult (for clinical users).

o      Record a new visit (for non-clinical user).

o      Edit the patient's record.

o      Add them as a new patient (if the patient is not listed, and it is their first time to the medical centre - for non-clinical users).
