Recall Management settings allows you to configure SMS reminders for recalls / recall letter templates for the centre.
o Each centre has its own Recall Management setting i.e. for each centre you wish to send SMS recall reminders / Recall letters from, you must configure the settings as explained below.
o A user of 'Admin' or 'Practice Manager' can modify this setting.
1. Login as an Admin or Practice Manager user.
2. Locate
and click at the lower-left.
3. Select
the Settings option.
The Settings window appears.
4. Within
the Centre section, click
to display the
Recall Management settings.
1. To access the SMS reminder settings for Recalls, click on SMS templates.
2. Select
the centre you wish to configure SMS recalls for.
3. Click
the Enable SMS for Recalls toggle
to enable SMS messaging
for recall reminders from this centre.
o Recall SMS can be sent to patients who HAVE opted-in to receiving communication via SMS.
o Default SMS templates are displayed once the Enable SMS for Recalls is toggled on. Templates may be configured as required for a preliminary Recall SMS and for follow-up recall SMS.
o Original Recall SMS template is for sending a preliminary SMS to the patient.
o Follow-up Recall SMS template is for sending subsequent SMS to the patient.
o Default
templates have 3 default fields which are populated upon sending an
SMS. Option is available to add additional fields .Click to add additional fields
as required to the SMS templates.
o An approximate SMS count and character count is displayed at the bottom of the template.
4. Click to save
any changes.
1. To access the Letter Template settings for Recalls, click on Letter templates.
2. Select the centre you wish to configure Recall Letter templates for.
o The default Letter template is displayed once the centre is selected.
o The original Recall letter template can be modified by the practice as required.
o Default
templates have default fields which are populated upon printing a
recall letter. The option is available to add additional fields. Click
to add additional fields as required to the
Letter templates.

to save any changes.
